Construction Update

Great progress continues across the development, with several key milestones achieved and more exciting work scheduled over the coming weeks.

• Blocks C & D: Timber piling is now complete, with foundation works and concrete slab preparation set to commence next week.
• Civil Works: Drainage works are well underway across the site.
• Roading & Access: Chip sealing of the new road and car parking areas is scheduled for next week, alongside the formation of the new entrance off Deans Avenue.
• Blocks A & B: Stone piling is scheduled to commence on 16 October.

It's great to see the development taking shape as work progresses across multiple areas of the site.
