888 Colombo Street – Build Progress Update

We’re thrilled to share that construction at 888 Colombo Street is progressing beautifully and remains on track for completion by the end of November.

• Civil Works: All civil drainage has now been signed off.
  
  
• Driveway Channel Drain: Installation is underway and nearing completion.
  
  
• Bike & Bin Area: One of the dedicated areas is taking shape and coming together nicely.
  
  
• Block C: Carpet is down and interior finishes are almost complete.
  
  
• Windows & Decking: All windows are now installed, and over 1000m2 of decking has been started.
  
  
• Bespoke Brickwork: The custom brickwork is looking fantastic and adds a unique architectural detail to the development.
  
  
• Hard Landscaping: Continues to take shape, enhancing the outdoor spaces.
  
  

With each milestone, the project edges closer to handover, and the finished result is going to be something special.
