We’re pleased to share another progress update from site at 888 Colombo Street, where construction continues to advance steadily across all areas.
Kitchens and tiling are now complete in multiple townhouses, with carpet installation beginning soon in 3 of the blocks. Painting is well underway across several blocks, and GIB fixing is progressing on schedule.
Cladding continues at pace ,including cedar and brickwork, with scaffolding starting to come down as key areas are completed.
Installation of internal services like pre-wire and plumbing is ongoing in the remaining townhouses, keeping the overall timeline moving forward.
Insulation and GIB installations are lined up for early August in the blocks still in structural stages.
Externally, decks and fencing are now underway, and concrete paving has begun. Landscaping is also taking shape, adding a clear sense of progress as the development moves closer to completion.
Across the site, there’s strong momentum from early-stage fit outs to final finishing touches. We remain on track for construction completion later this year.
