We’re pleased to share that construction at 888 Colombo Street is progressing steadily, with fit-outs and external works advancing across multiple blocks. The project remains on track, and each milestone is bringing us closer to completion.
- Block A: Scaffolding is coming down tomorrow, paving the way for decks and landscaping to begin. Gib fixing is underway downstairs, plastering has started, and painting is expected to follow in around two weeks. Brickwork is due to commence on Monday.
- Block B: Internal fit-out is well advanced, with the garage door, tiling, and bench tops now installed. Brickwork is complete, and the block is nearly ready for carpet.
- Block C: Completed, final touch ups.
- Block D: Five units are complete and painted, with tiling underway. Two more are being painted, and the final two are progressing towards completion. External cladding is about 75% complete and brickwork 90%. Garage doors and kitchens are scheduled for installation next week.
- Block E: Carpets are complete and only final paint touch-ups remain. Landscaping has now started.
- Block F: Internals are complete, with fences being finished and decks completed.
- Block G: Internals are complete. Remaining works include fencing and landscaping.
- Block H: Internals are complete, with deck and fence installation still to be completed.
- Block I: Kitchens are currently being installed, and tiling is underway.
With scaffolding removal, landscaping, and interior finishes progressing across the site, the development is moving firmly into its final stages. We’re excited to see the quality and presentation of these homes come together as we approach completion.
