We’re thrilled to share that construction at 888 Colombo Street continues to move forward strongly and remains on track for completion by the end of November.
- Block A: Pre-line inspection is booked with gib board being delivered next week
- Block B: Kitchen installation is underway with tiling also in progress. The final brickwork will be completed this week, and scaffolding is expected to begin coming down next week, creating a noticeable change to the overall look of the development.
- Block D: Cedar cladding installation is progressing well. Interiors are fully lined with plastering underway, and painting scheduled to commence next week.
- Block E: Carpets are now complete, and final paint touch-ups are underway.
- Block H: Cladding and roofing are complete, scaffolding is being removed, and deck construction has begun.
- External Works: All driveways and vehicle access ways are complete. Shared courtyard landscaping is underway, and fencing is beginning to take shape.
With scaffolding removal and interior fit-outs progressing across multiple blocks, the project is advancing towards the finishing stages. Each milestone brings us closer to handover, and we’re excited about the quality and presentation of the completed development.
